Introducing Teaching & Tech

This is the first of a monthly newsletter called “Teaching & Tech” at UNL presented by the teams of Innovative Instructional Design and Learning & Information Technology Services.  The aims of the publication are as follows:

  1. Show how UNL faculty are implementing effective pedagogy and supporting it with technology
  2. Introduce a tool or technology-supported practice that helps faculty be more efficient in their teaching, research, or other responsibilities
  3. Increase awareness of resources for supporting teaching, whether it’s in the classroom or online
  4. Keep faculty apprised of news related to technology projects impacting teaching
  5. Let faculty know about upcoming events they may find useful

Once a month, you will receive an email from me with a summary of the news items with direct links to articles and resources.    If there are topics you would like us to cover, an approach you’d like to share, or you seek support for your teaching, please contact me.

If you do not want to receive this email, you may send me an unsubscribe request directly, or send an email to LISTSERV@LISTSERV.UNL.EDU with UNSUBSCRIBE TEACHING-AND-TECH in the body of the email, not the subject line.  All content will be available on the website http://teaching.unl.edu.

Thank you,
