Prior to joining the center, Ash was an associate professor of psychology and gender studies at Nebraska Wesleyan University. Ash graduated from Northwestern University with a M.A. and Ph.D. in social psychology. Primary areas of interest include inclusive pedagogies, active learning techniques, scholarship of teaching and learning, and curriculum design.
