Yulia has over 12 years of experience teaching and mentoring students. She earned her doctorate at UNL and a master's degree in conference interpretation at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, specializing in English-Russian translation. She also has a master's in English from UNL. Yulia will assist faculty in the following departments with their courses, department-specific programming, and projects related to teaching and learning:
- Philosophy
- Ethnic Studies
- History
- Modern Languages
- Political Sciences
- Sociology
Yulia also enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and running.
