Zach joined the center in 2022 after being a classroom teacher for nine years in Japan. He studied history as an undergraduate at Iowa State University and received his Master's in Learning Design and Technologies from Arizona State University. Zach's professional interests include educational program evaluation and assessment, increasing social presence in online learning environments, and serving culturally and/or linguistically diverse learners.
